Summer Festival Fashion For you to become the amazing speaker you know you can be, you have to start performing, not presenting. You have to start connecting to the words, stories and topics you are speaking about before your audience will connect to them. This doesn"t mean you have to ride into your presentation on a unicycle juggling bowling balls (although, if you can... why not?). It does mean that you have to change your mindset from presenter to performer. No, it is actually a piece of Berkshire dialect, referring to a young colt. Since colt means young anyway, the nobby bit seems a bit superfluous, but of course not all dialect has to make sense. The rhyme refers to going round the town of Woodstock, now known for the festival wristbands which started in the 60s, which is of course in neighbouring Oxfordshire. Mickey"s very Merry Christmas Party is a great way for you and your family to have a unique experience in Walt Disney World while celebrating Christmas. The park is open only to those guests who purchase the party tickets. There is a bit of a jam entering the park since it is only open 7pm-12am, but you can enter as early as 4pm with your party tickets to avoid the rush. We received event wristbands upon entering the two times my family attended the party and then the entire Magic Kingdom is open for your enjoyment. If you are going for the rides then you will luck out because there is no wait for majority of the rides once the party begins depending on the date of your party. At any date, your wait should not exceed 15 minutes for any given ride. Never the same work out twice. I like to switch things up every time I exercise. You may do some of the same basic exercise, just tweaked each time, or opt for a completely different work out every time. Need ideas? Google has got you covered here! KEN STRINGFELLOW I love a couple bands I worked with recently--Oh Libia from Spain who are like sport wristbands freaked out Apples In Stereo and Hanggai from Beijing who mix Mongolian folk music with rock and indie sounds. After numerous years of member changes and stylistic growth, The Posies are back to a basic success formula of creating damn good tunes. Frontmen and founders Jon Auer and Ken Stringfellow"s took the time to do a Q & A while on the road in SPAIN to discuss their new release Blood/Candy... Did you get a chance to catch THEESatisfaction earlier on in the tour? Planning on coming out to their final tour shows in Newyork? Don"t you just lOve their music? China has become a leader in the cutting-edge technology of space-based, high-speed information transmission thanks to an advanced satellite, according to the National Space Administration.

The Shijian 13 communication satellite has conducted the world"s first experiment on high-orbit laser communication, a technology crucial to enabling a spacecraft to send, receive and transmit a large quantity of data with ground stations, the administration said in a statement on Tuesday.

The experiment was one of the 11 technological demonstration programs made by Shijian 13, which is orbiting nearly 40,000 kilometers above the Earth, since it was lifted atop a Long March 3B carrier rocket from Xichang Satellite Launch Center in Sichuan province in April. It proved that the satellite is capable of carrying out steady, high-speed and high-quality transmission of information with the ground.

The fastest transmission speed recorded during the experiment was five gigabytes of data per second, which means a user could download a high-resolution movie within one second.

The administration said that the laser equipment was designed by Ma Jing and Tan Liying, two professors from Harbin Institute of Technology, and that the devices are the world"s best of their kind in this field.

Shijian 13, developed by the China Academy of Space Technology and based on its DFH-3B communications satellite platform, has been called the country"s most advanced communications satellite by the administration.

Weighing 4.6 metric tons, the satellite is expected to operate in a geostationary orbit for 15 years. It features a Ka-band broadband communications system capable of transmitting 20 gigabytes of data per second, exceeding the total capacity of all the country"s previous communications satellites.

Shijian 13 uses an electric propulsion system, which allows it to carry more scientific instruments than previous satellites. At present, most satellites rely on chemical propulsion, which requires a relatively large amount of fuel that occupies space which could otherwise be used for scientific payloads.

Shijian 13 has been used to give 15 schools in southwestern China access to the internet, the administration said, explaining that students at those schools could not reach the internet because their schools are out of the reach of ground-based communications networks.

Wang Min, deputy head of the Institute of Telecommunication Satellite under the China Academy of Space Technology, previously said China plans to establish a constellation of advanced communications satellites based on the more advanced DFH 4 and DFH 5 platforms by 2025 and, after the plan is fulfilled, people will be able to use high-quality Wi-Fi services anywhere and anytime, including on bullet trains and planes.
